6:15 PM – FLOAT JUDGING

7:00 PM – PARADE START

HANDOUTS ARE PERMITTED
WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:

Parade units with handouts will be required to have
(2) designated individuals to walk along both curbsides
to ensure the crowd is staying on the sidewalk.

Those individuals will be confirmed at
check-in and given neon vests to wear.

Our priority is to keep everyone safe
during this nighttime parade.

We are proud to be partnering with Mercy Mission House again this year,
which means that 100% of your $10 registration fee goes to support them
and their fundraising event happening the next night in Downtown Sidney.
Check out more information about that HERE.
Government & nonprofit agencies, if the fee poses an issue for your organization, please contact our office (937-658-6945).

Your information packet with line up times, number, etc.
will be emailed to the email you provide
BETWEEN Monday, November 16th and Wednesday, November 18th.

No specific unit information will be provided prior to the emails going out.

**Registration deadline is Friday, November 13th.**
**Entries after this date will be waitlisted without guarantee of being accepted.**

Your application will not be accepted if any of the fields below are incomplete.

I acknowledge that with handouts, I am responsible for providing two (2) designated individuals to walk along both curbsides to ensure the crowd is staying on the sidewalk and that those individuals will be confirmed at check-in and given neon vests by Sidney Alive to wear throughout the parade. I also acknowledge that if I do not have two (2) people designated solely for crowd control, I forfeit my ability to hand anything out.

RULES
THESE RULES ARE NOT SUGGESTIONS. ALL UNITS MUST COMPLY OR BE DISMISSED

Our recurring theme is Parade of Lights. Each participating unit MUST include Christmas lights/festive lighting. We encourage walking and marching units to use glow sticks, have glow-in -the-dark shirts, battery operated strings of lights or something that illuminates for our nighttime parade.

HANDOUTS ARE PERMITTED…with stipulations: Absolutely NO throwing of anything into the crowds. This is a City ordinance! NO ENTRY MAY HAVE A SANTA CLAUS. Santa will be at the end of the parade. We do not want to confuse the little ones.

Sidney Alive has the right to refuse/screen any entries. Registrations submitted with missing information will not be valid and will be discarded. Please complete the registration in its entirety before submitting.

Commercial entries (tow trucks, semi cabs, etc.) are only permitted if they are decorated with Christmas Lights to go with our “Parade of Lights” theme.
