Available space for this date is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and based off the priority list of producer, baker, crafter, artist, etc.

Please review the rules and regulations below to determine if you are an accepted vendor type.

If your permit is not accepted for this date, we will notify you and refund your fee.

***Non-profits looking for an opportunity to set up at the market must still be a permitted vendor as defined in the Rules & Regulation (producer, baker, crafter, artist) and need to contact the Sidney Alive office at [email protected] to express interest and see if a space is available.

If you are accepted and decide to not attend the market, your fee is non-refundable.

A waiting list will automatically be generated when available spaces fill up.

Single day assigned space. Located anywhere that is available on the inner square. 10x10. If you need a 10x20 please purchase 2 of these.
Premium Single Day Permit ($25.00*) + Fees and Processing [4 remaining]
Single day space located on the brick sidewalk. 10x10 or larger space. This option is limited to availability and may not be available every week. When you are notified of acceptance, we will let you know if a premium space is available.

Business Name

A COI for your business is now needed to register for a spot at the market. The COI should mention Sidney Alive, The county & city and any sponsoring parties. It should be written for a minimum of $500,000 and a preference for $1,000,000. Please obtain this from your insurance provider and attach here.

PLEASE notify the Sidney Alive office by phone/email if you plan to miss your market day.
Single Day Permit holders who sign up and then miss their market day without notifying Sidney Alive (no shows) will not be able to submit any further applications to our market.

As a reminder, Market fees are non-refundable. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
All fees are non-negotiable & non-refundable. All fees must be pre-paid and accompany application There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks/insufficient funds.
Sidney Alive holds the right to refuse any vendors who do not abide by the federal, state, local and market rules and regulations.

I have read and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Great Farmer’s Market. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sidney Alive, the City of Sidney, Shelby County Commissioners, and other sponsoring parties from and against all loss, liability, or damage for injuries to persons or property sustained on said premises, and from all loss, liability or damage by reason on the use of said facilities for the Farmer’s Market.
